Description

Soma Radon is a highly effective radon barrier. It has a multi-layer build-up of reinforced glass fabric, aluminium foil, bitumen compound and a polyethylene top layer, with self-adhesive strips along the sides for sealing the joints.

The aluminium layer provides excellent gas-tightness, and the reinforced build-up provides mechanical strength, durability and stability even in demanding installation conditions. Soma Radon complies with EN 13859-1 and carries the CE marking.

It is designed as a radon barrier under concrete slabs, foundations, retaining walls and other structures that need protecting against gas penetrating from the ground. Correctly laid, Soma Radon helps keep indoor air healthy and meet the regulations for protecting buildings against radon.

Thanks to the double self-adhesive strip system, the membrane seals without any additional accessories.
