Shipping within the Czech Republic and Slovakia is free for orders from 5 000 Kč (200 €) excl. VAT. Levelling clips, Stetra 3.5 mm and Stetra Foil membranes and anti-pigeon spike strips always ship free if the order contains no other goods. For shower drains and floor drains, shipping costs 250 Kč (10.00 €) excl. VAT per order, even if the order contains other goods, and free shipping from 5 000 Kč applies in the same way. In all other cases shipping costs 200 Kč (8.00 €) excl. VAT per order.

Parcels are delivered by the carrier TOPTRANS or GEIS, depending on the type and size of the shipment. We deliver to addresses in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, including building sites and warehouses. Enter your phone number at checkout so that the carrier can contact you.

• In stock, ready to ship: usually dispatched within 24 hours, at the latest on the next working day.
• In stock at an external supplier: delivery within 14 days.
• Painted trims and other made-to-order goods: roughly 2 to 3 weeks from the order.

You can see availability for every product and in the cart. We will state the exact date in the order confirmation.

Yes, personal collection in Zlín is possible by prior arrangement by phone at +420 737 246 887 or by e-mail at info@profiobklady.cz.

Cash on delivery, where you pay the full amount to the carrier when you receive the parcel, or by invoice, which we send you by e-mail and you pay by bank transfer by the due date. For made-to-order goods and individual quotes we may require a deposit or payment in advance; we will state this in the order confirmation.

All prices on the website are shown excl. VAT, the price incl. 21 % VAT is in brackets and below it an approximate price in euros. At checkout you choose “I am buying: As a company” or “As a private individual”.

Yes. We sell to companies and sole traders as well as to private individuals from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Private individuals always pay VAT.

Yes, free shipping and the shipping fee apply just as in the Czech Republic. Companies with a valid VAT number (IČ DPH), which we verify in the VIES system, are invoiced without Czech VAT. Private individuals and companies without a VAT number always pay VAT.

For delivery to Slovakia you pay in euros the amount shown in the order summary. Euro prices on product pages are an approximate conversion at a rate of 25 Kč to 1 €.

No, there is no minimum order value and prices include packaging. Some products do have a minimum number of pieces, which you can always see in the purchase box on the product page.

• Aluminium L-profile: from 40 pieces in multiples of 40, free tube.
• Powder-coated aluminium L-profile: from 10 pieces in multiples of 10, free tube from 20 pieces.
• Stainless steel L-profile: from 20 pieces in multiples of 20, free tube from 40 pieces.
• Transition strips, stair nosings and skirting boards: from 40 pieces, free tube.

If a cart line contains fewer pieces than the free-tube threshold, we charge 100 Kč (4.00 €) excl. VAT for a cardboard tube, once per order. If you need a different quantity, please give us a call.

Paving and decking pedestals, including extensions, rings, spacers and clips, are sold by the piece, not by the box.

For levelling clips and anti-pigeon spike strips the price drops with the number of crates or packs in the order; the price tiers are shown on the product page.

Shower corner shelves of the same colour cost 1 500 Kč (60 €) for 1–2 pcs, 1 000 Kč (40 €) for 3–4 pcs, 800 Kč (32 €) for 5–9 pcs and 600 Kč (24 €) from 10 pcs, per piece excl. VAT. We spray the shelves to order in 24 colours, and the shower corner shelf also in a RAL shade of your choice.

We sell spacers for precast concrete plants in full pallets only; the price per pallet is in the table on the product page.

We supply Ceramiche Brennero slabs from 10 pieces after arranging the order by phone, which is why they are available on request. Prices include packing and delivery. Call +420 737 246 887 or send an enquiry using the contact form.

On receipt, check the number of packages and that the packaging is intact; for long trims also check that the packaging is not broken or bent. Record a damaged parcel with the driver in a damage report, or refuse to accept it. Take photos of the packaging and the goods and let us know as soon as possible using the form on the Complaints Procedure page.

Report a complaint using the “Complaints and returns” form on the Complaints Procedure page, where the whole process is also described.

Private individuals may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Withdrawal is not possible for goods customised to the buyer's wishes, for example painted trims or goods made to order.

Companies and sole traders do not have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Details and a model form are in Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions.
