Withdrawal from the Contract

This page is for consumers, i.e. private individuals who have purchased from CZ-THERM s.r.o. outside their business activity. You can withdraw from a distance contract, for example one concluded via the profiobklady.cz website, by e-mail or by phone, without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can send your withdrawal using the online form at the bottom of this page. This page supplements the Terms and Conditions (Art. 7) and the Complaints Procedure (Art. 9).

1. Time limit

The time limit is 14 days from receipt of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered in several parts, the time limit runs from receipt of the last part.
The time limit is met if you send the notice of withdrawal no later than the last day of the period. You do not have to return the goods within this period; you must return them no later than 14 days after sending the notice.
You can withdraw from the entire order or only from selected items.

2. How to withdraw

Online: fill in the form at the bottom of the page and press the “Confirm withdrawal from the contract” button. You will need your order number, name, e-mail and the date you received the delivery. Immediately after sending, we will e-mail you a copy of your notice with the date and time we received it. This e-mail confirms that we have received your notice.
Otherwise: by e-mail to info@profiobklady.cz or by letter to CZ-THERM s.r.o., Bartošova 5532, 760 01 Zlín. You can use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
We have offered the withdrawal button since 19 June 2026 in accordance with Art. 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, in the Czech Republic under Section 1830a of the Civil Code and for buyers from Slovakia under Section 20a of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.

3. What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your notice by e-mail and tell you how to return the goods. For large shipments (long trims, pallets, large-format slabs) we will arrange collection or dispatch.
Return the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging. Please do not install unused goods. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature, we will tell you the transport costs in advance.
We will refund all money received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same method by which we received it, or otherwise by agreement. We do not refund additional costs for a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered. We are not obliged to refund the money before you hand the goods over to us or prove that you have sent them. If you paid by invoice or cash on delivery, please send us your bank account number.
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than as necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

4. When you cannot withdraw

You cannot withdraw from the contract for goods made or modified to your specifications or for you personally (Section 1837(d) of the Civil Code). This means goods that we made or modified only on the basis of your order and according to your requirements: shower shelves spray-painted to order, goods in a Custom RAL shade, goods cut to the required size and goods expressly marked “made to order” in the offer.
Paint or colour alone does not remove the right of withdrawal. Goods from the standard range that we have not modified for you in any way can be returned.
Further exceptions are set out in Section 1837 of the Civil Code.

5. Business customers

A business customer (a company or sole trader buying with a Company ID (IČO)) has no statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Unused goods can be returned only by prior agreement; the procedure is set out in Art. 9 of the Complaints Procedure.
