Shipping and Payment

Goods in stock are dispatched from Zlín, and all goods are delivered by carrier throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We sell to companies and sole traders as well as to private individuals. Prices are shown excl. VAT, with the price incl. VAT in brackets. The full rules are in the Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping cost

  • Free within the Czech Republic and Slovakia for orders from 5 000 Kč excl. VAT (6 050 Kč incl. VAT).
  • Always free, regardless of the amount, for levelling clips, Stetra 3.5 mm and Stetra Foil membranes and anti-pigeon spike strips if the order contains no other goods.
  • Shower drains and floor drains: shipping costs 250 Kč excl. VAT (302.50 Kč incl. VAT) per order, even if the order contains other goods. From 5 000 Kč excl. VAT shipping is free, as for other goods.
  • In all other cases shipping costs 200 Kč excl. VAT (242 Kč incl. VAT) per order.
  • There is no minimum order value. The cart shows how much is left to reach free shipping, and you can see the shipping fee in the order summary before you submit the order. Prices include packaging.
  • We supply large-format porcelain slabs from 10 pieces after arranging the order by phone. We will state the price and method of delivery in our quote.

2. Carrier and delivery

  • Parcels are delivered by the carrier TOPTRANS or GEIS, depending on the type and size of the shipment.
  • We deliver to addresses in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, including building sites and warehouses. Enter your phone number at checkout so that the carrier can contact you.

3. Delivery times

  • In stock, ready to ship: goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours, at the latest on the next working day.
  • In stock at an external supplier: delivery within 14 days.
  • Painted trims and other made-to-order goods: roughly 2 to 3 weeks from the order.
  • You can see availability for every product and in the cart. Delivery times run from acceptance of the order, or for payment in advance from receipt of the payment. We will state the exact date in the order confirmation and let you know if it changes.

4. Payment

  • Cash on delivery: you pay the full amount to the carrier when you receive the parcel.
  • By invoice: we send you the invoice by e-mail and you pay it by bank transfer by the due date.
  • For made-to-order goods and individual quotes we may require a deposit or payment in advance. We will state this in the order confirmation.
  • We send the tax invoice by e-mail.

5. Slovakia

  • Free shipping and the shipping fee apply just as in the Czech Republic.
  • Companies with a valid VAT number (IČ DPH): we verify the VAT number in the VIES system and invoice goods delivered to Slovakia without Czech VAT.
  • Private individuals and companies without a VAT number (IČ DPH): we always charge VAT. The VAT rate and amount are shown in the order summary before you submit the order.
  • For delivery to Slovakia you pay in euros the amount shown in the order summary. Euro prices on product pages are an approximate conversion at a rate of 25 Kč to 1 €.

6. Receiving and checking the parcel

  • On receipt, check the number of packages and that the packaging is intact; for long trims also check that the packaging is not broken or bent.
  • Record a damaged parcel with the driver in a damage report, or refuse to accept it. Take photos of the packaging and the goods and let us know as soon as possible using the form on the Complaints Procedure page.
  • Check the goods again after unpacking, always before installation.

7. Personal collection

Personal collection in Zlín is possible by prior arrangement by phone at +420 737 246 887 or by e-mail at info@profiobklady.cz.

8. Uncollected parcel

If we have to deliver a parcel again for reasons on the buyer's side, for example because a cash-on-delivery parcel was not collected or the address was wrong, the buyer pays the cost of the repeated delivery.

9. Complaints and returns

The procedure is described in the Complaints Procedure, which also contains the form. Private individuals may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods under Art. 7 of the Terms and Conditions.
